Q1. What is your PACKING way?
A: 1) Generally, we pack the samples in carton cases or plywood cases. Inside the packages, protective foam corners will be packed to keep them safe.
2) For LCL or FCL shipment by sea or by air, we directly pallet them according to container or air shipment required height..
3) Besides, customized packages are available.
Q2. What are your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. L/C at sight and other payment terms can be negotiated with us. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
Q3. What are your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU, etc.
Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, we have stock in the warehouse, so it takes 3-5 days. If there is no stock, production time is about 10-15 days, depending on your order quantity. For FCL or bulk orders, it may take 25-45 days, depending on the products you order.
