Q: What's the sample delivery time and mass production delivery time?
A: Sample generally needs 7 days, and mass production generally 20 days.
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: For small orders, payment is delivered on delivery. For large orders, 30% is paid after signing the contract, 70% is paid before delivery, and the payment is cleared for delivery.
Q: May I visit your factory?
A: Sure, welcome any time. We can pick up you from the airport or the station.
Q: What is your main product?
A: We can supply the RV accessories including RV doors, windows, skylights, air vents, steps, water tanks, etc.
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: Normally, T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. L/C at the sight and other payment terms can be negotiated with us. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
Q: Are your products Certificated?
A: Yes, our products meet Australian standards for now and also we will make our product tested and certificated if you required
Q. What are your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU and etc.
Q. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, we have stock in the warehouse, which needs 3-5 days. No stock, production time is about 10-15 days according to your order quantity. For FCL or a bulk order, it may need 25-45 days depending on the products you order.
Q. Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we can produce your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.
Q. What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but sample cost and courier cost need to be charged.
